This will be my last album release under the name of halc. 2020 was a year of transition for me as an artist, and I look forward to walking down a new avenue with you all in 2021. From my humble beginnings on OverClocked ReMix, the era of Zone Runners, and everything in between, I sincerely thank you all for the support you've shown me over the past 12 years.
As with the previous "Nostalgia Canon," this album is a compilation of one-off remixes from various games, and a love-letter to video game music in general. I hope you find something you enjoy!
This has been a rough year for many. My 2020 has actually been pretty cool (compared to recent years), and my wife and I even had our second child in October (hey, that's something!). So I've made this album free to download, but if you are willing or able to drop any amount on it, it is as always, extremely and lovingly appreciated. <3
Merry Christmas, Happy New Year, and best wishes in 2021.

I knew when I heard about this album first coming out, I was in for some great material. First you have halc, who needs no introduction. His legacy of establishing the 9-Bit genre as a creditable type of music, is something I've watched grow over the years. And Miearth, just has a way of making deep soundscapes and ambient textures. The two together, you get this: An amazing album with lots of spacial soundscapes and creative melodies that give it that chippy edge. This album is great. Get it. Jacob Diaz
